Frequently asked questions

  • How much of my week should be meetings?

Many teams aim for 15–25% of the work week in meetings so enough time remains for deep work. Above 35–40%, consider auditing which meetings are essential.

  • What is meeting fragmentation?

Fragmentation is how spread out your meetings are—many short blocks vs fewer, longer ones. High fragmentation makes it harder to protect focus time.

  • How is the cost calculated?

We use your annual salary to get an hourly rate (÷ 2,080). Your meeting time cost = meeting hours × that rate. Shown per week and per year for your time only.
